Job Description
Overview

The Post Production Coordinator will assist the Post Production Supervisor. This includes hiring & managing staff, workflows, overseeing schedules, managing deliveries & all graphic work. Having a thorough understanding & working knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite Products.

Responsibilities:
• Global flips - Prepping APAC videos for global releases by working with AE's. Ensuring global QC changes are done.
• Updating assets of published videos to HDD/box/lucid. Making sure all assets of published videos are complying with VICE protocols and ensuring workflow on Box/Lucid is being maintained.
• Master freelance edits along with the AEs as per VICE formats and prep for the process right from R&C to the master release.
• Edit, preview, and backup social cutdowns for published videos.
• Data management of archival for VWN SF and Digital. Make a database of purchased archival for VWN 90 minutes and compile the archival video-wise in one folder.
• Constantly updating the post resource database.
• To help with mastering videos when required.
• To edit short videos for Digital and VWN if required.
• Constantly updating HDD database wrt content across all LoBs and keeping track of HDDs.
• Offer support to the Post Supervisor whenever required.
• Work closely with the YT editor and coordinate with the YT manager for Japan, Indonesia, and Korean YT flips.
• Work with the Post Supervisor in maintaining the Regional Publishing Calendar.
• Visual Content Creation and Project Management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
• Oversees Post Production for all Vice News & Vice Digital, not limited to & if required supervision across LOBs based on the requirements.
• Hire Freelance staff to accommodate timely deliveries.
• Manages the publishing calendar for the region, including Digital Originals, VWN.
• Manage the performance process of the teams.
• Be actively involved in creating & managing Post Production Workflows with the team.
• Managing notes process - ensuring all creative notes are actioned and signed off.
• Maintains the video archive daily, ensuring correct filing and storage is being maintained at all levels.
• Other duties may arise from time to time.

Experience:
• 3+ years experience working in Post Production.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects at a time, organized, work well with others, cool-headed.
• Knowledge of post-production processes & best practices for video editing.
• Creative eye & Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with changing priorities.
• Experience delivering content to digital and network specifications.
