Job Description
UTA seeks an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager who is proactive, strategic, thoughtful, and passionate about finding creative solutions for brand clients. You will be a key member of the new group launched in 2023 - UTA Roll Call - managing the development of scaled branded content partnership strategies for brands across the digital landscape.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Lead the pre-sales ideation process in response to RFPs for assigned accounts, communicating the Roll Call product offering effectively to potential brand partners
• Develop high quality marketing materials including proposal decks, media plans, one-sheets, and case studies in collaboration with Roll Call team stakeholders
• Ideate detailed campaign strategy in alignment with brand briefs and objectives through clear rationale, talent recommendations, creative thought starters, and media planning
• Join partner calls and meetings to help pitch and explore partnership opportunities with key accounts
• Support the Sales and wider Integrated Marketing team in creating go-to-market materials detailing the Roll Call offering, leveraging insights from Roll Call campaigns as well as market research
• Monitor relevant industry trends and developments to ensure client and sales teams are supported with up-to-date information throughout the partnership process
• Partner with cross functional UTA teams, like UTA IQ, to leverage proprietary industry research to plan full funnel marketing campaigns
• Aid in the development of proactive solutions for prospective brand clients as needed in partnership with the Sales and Account Management teams
• Maintain visibility throughout the post-sale cycle to understand evolving market needs, best practices, and challenges facing the operation to best optimize proposal strategy
• Support the Sales and Account Management teams during the final campaign reporting stage to develop strategic insights, recommendations, and post-campaign analysis
• Maintain knowledge of Social, Video, and Streaming platform tech offerings/capabilities and understand how to effectively utilize these tools for brand partners

What You Will Need
• 3+ years of branded content and/or influencer marketing strategy experience
• Familiarity with digital content creators and their respective social platforms.
• Experience in or knowledge about gaming/esports is a plus.
• Successful track record of creating best in class marketing campaigns against diverse audience segments
• Capable of clearly defining strategy for content marketing campaigns in writing and visually via PowerPoint and Media Plan formats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and comfort working on large project-based teams
• Ability to ideate creative strategies and leverage campaign/industry insights to inform proposals that will drive key, measurable results
• An understanding of and passion for the major cultural opportunity that exists within the evolving digital creator space and an unquenchable desire to learn and grow with a team
