Job Description

UTA seeks an experienced Data Analyst to help our growing team uncover meaningful insights in the entertainment industry. IQ is UTA's strategic insights group and are dedicated to analyzing third-party data and leveraging their own proprietary tools and predictive analytics to provide actionable insights to our clients. This is a passionate and highly technical team, where you will be working to service the entire agency to better access, organize, and derive insights from data. Our team is entirely remote, light on meetings, and we trust and empower our team members to do their best work on their schedule. You will help develop and maintain tools to empower the entire agency. Our tech stack includes Neo4J, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, NextJS, and BlitzJS. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with accessing data from a variety of databases and APIs, analyzing data in spreadsheets and/or Python notebooks.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Leverage data stored in a variety of systems and APIs to create informative reports and tools for the agency at large
• Work daily with team members in various departments to better understand their data needs and requirements
• Outline process improvements to better automate the delivery of data throughout the company

What You Will Need
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, research, insights, or analytics role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
• SQL, Javascript, Python, GraphQL experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in social and/or digital media industry with extensive knowledge of internet culture and relevant markets.
• Experience extracting insights from analytics platforms, as well as the ability to process data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
• High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independently.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing timelines, client needs, and process adjustments
