Job Description

Based in Beverly Hills, UTA is seeking an experienced full-time Coordinator, Catering Services to support a fast-paced Corporate Services department. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the UTA Lunch program and coordinating catering and meal services in all our Los Angeles office and other satellite locations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Additionally, under the supervision of the Facilities Director, will oversee all outside vendors including maintaining invoices, contracts, budgets, vendor analysis, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.

The position will be on-site at our Beverly Hills office.

What You Will Do
• Oversee day to day operations providing meal services to our employees in our Los Angeles office and other satellite locations
• Coordinating mail deliveries and ensuring timely services of meals
• Align menus with special events
• Ensure food safety
• Provide local vendor analysis and source catering companies
• Oversee the distribution of meals during lunch hours

What You Will Need
• 2+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or similar field.
• Food handler's certification preferred
• Track record of delivering top notch customer service and helping create a first-class employee experience
• You consider yourself a foodie and keep a pulse on new restaurants and food trends
• Ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers
• Demonstrated customer service excellence
• Self-starter; able to learn new functions quickly and accurately; anticipate departmental needs and take proactive steps to follow through with proposed solutions or alternatives
• Ability to operate with the highest sense of urgency and accuracy
• Remain calm under pressure and work well with various personality types
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
