We are currently seeking an Assistant in Comedy Touring, based in our Nashville office. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, adeptly managing daily schedules and preparing for meetings. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and writing abilities are a must.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.

What You'll Do
• Manage phone calls, calendars, and conduct research for meetings.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, draft communications, and manage tasks proactively to streamline business processes.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels, as well as external clients and partners.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for accounting approval.
• Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments using detailed grids.

What You Need
• At least 1 year of assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Previous booking experience, whether in a professional environment or as a college booker.
• A keen interest in Comedy and knowledge of key players in the entertainment industry.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• An understanding of UTA's Client Roster is advantageous.
