Job Description

Within the global supply chain dept., you will join the global procurement & logistics team.

Your mission will be to follow up the Orders logistic part, from our numerous suppliers/manufacturers until the final delivery in our 3PLS.

Dealing with both internal and external contacts, you will be in charge of:
• Order management for finished products and components in accordance with our internal requests.
• Tracking production progress
• Ordering and tracking keycodes together with our first parties' suppliers.
• International transport management for our components in link with our suppliers
• Stock inventory management for our components in close touch with our manufacturers.
• Tracking any claim, delay that may happen during transport and figure out a long term solution.
• Project management, bring your expertise for lead time and cost analysis.
• Internal tools and Processes improvement.

Qualifications
• You have a first experience in logistics and transport and in an international environment.
• Fluency in English mandatory.
• Microsoft Office excel expertise.
• You are rigorous, organized, and dynamic.
