The Public Cloud team is looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to strengthen cloud governance, optimize operations, and support internal teams in transforming their applications.
As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in:
• Enforcing governance rules across Azure and AWS environments,
• Supporting internal teams through ticket handling, incident management, and technical proposals,
• Continuously improving DevOps and cloud processes.
Responsibilities
• Deploy, configure, and scale cloud infrastructures on Azure and AWS.
• Support internal teams by addressing their cloud project needs.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud systems.
• Apply security and compliance best practices across all environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents reported by internal users.
• Write clear and maintainable technical documentation.
• Participate in technology watch activities on cloud and DevOps tools.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
• Significant experience in a similar role, primarily in Azure environments (AWS experience would be a plus).
• Knowledge of deployment automation and CI/CD tools, ideally GitLab.
• Experience managing production environments and incident resolution.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Key Skills
• Strong command of Git and version control tools.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell and/or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance principles.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
