Job Description
Sr Financial Analyst, WW Television Distribution Finance

Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, update and maintain financial reporting models for budgeting and forecasting purposes
• Analyze and track monthly cash flow by conducting variance analyses and model assessment
• Communicate and coordinate with global finance, accounts receivable and accounting teams regarding forecasts and financial submissions to the Home Office team in Culver City
• Consolidate, analyze and support the Global Overhead forecasting process.
• Drive key process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Document processes and prepare training materials for internal use and regional points of contact
• Consolidation of the financial budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year plans with a focus on overhead and cash flow planning.
• Collaborate with accounting team to improve availability and flow of information.
• Support of the PCBS environment to certify data and configuration is ready for global reporting.

Qualifications:

Requirements
• 3+ years' experience in Entertainment/ Media
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Television/Home Entertainment Distribution experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills especially with non-Finance individuals.
• Strong financial modeling.
• Strong MS excel skills.
• Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with TV Production and TV Distribution license agreements.
• Experience in any or all of 1) transforming legacy manual processes into integrated digital/automated processes; 2) data intensive models/forecasting; complex/intensive analytical analysis
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong follow-through on all projects; ability to bring projects to timely completion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication,
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Windows, Essbase, Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint
