Job Description
Your Mission

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Producer to join our team in crafting the next generation of award-winning games. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our games. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet project landmarks, handle resources to stay within production limitations, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities & capabilities.
• Being responsible for the game development processes on your teams to produce high quality content.
• Supporting your development team(s) to help define and meet project objectives.
• Accountable for crafting and maintaining project plans and schedules for your team/s.
• Recommending and implementing new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve timely delivery of objectives.
• Ensuring all vital project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Establishing and maintaining a productive, communicative, and collaborative working environment.
• Risk management and resolution of conflicts between schedule, scope, and design goals.
• Requirements gathering from multiple and diverse sources and partners.
• Facilitate prioritisation of requirements and features through teamwork and negotiation with collaborators.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Producer experience of the full life cycle of video-game software development (concept to ship) of at least one published title on console platforms.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external development teams across multiple locations and timezones
• Established and confirmed understanding of core tools, technologies & methodologies for production.
• Multi-tasking capabilities and able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and able to focus on a resolution of the cause and not just the symptom.
• Ability to foresee and communicate risks and obstacles to all collaborators.
• Excellent & concise written and oral communication skills.

Extra Points:
• Experience working with engineering teams within a large central technology structure.
• Solid ability to work under rapid development cycles.
• Experience working in software engineering, or related technical field.
• Confirmed leadership experience including interviewing, employee development & mentoring, performance management, conflict resolution, team facilitation, and project planning.
• Project Management training and certification.
