The Workplace Experience Team (WE) at Riot is just that - Rioters' experience in the workplace. We are a diverse group of disciplines focused on how Rioters engage with our workplace. This includes Physical Security for our safety; Facilities Operations for our buildings and maintenance; Food and Events programs for daily engagement; and Occupancy Planning to help us understand how we occupy our world and ways to improve it.

As the Workplace Partner II, Global Physical Security (PSEC) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing in-office security products, safety measures and protocols to protect Riot's company assets, Rioters (employees), and Riot facilities worldwide. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Manager, EHS and PSEC and work closely with the global Workplace Experience (WE) team as well as cross-functional teams, security vendors, and external partners to ensure the effective definition, implementation and management of in-office physical security services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of security and safety measures that support physical security, and stay on top of services that modern organizations rely upon.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partner teams to oversee the effective management of global in-office security systems and tools that support onsite tactical security operations. This includes but is not limited to the badge systems, CCTV and emergency response systems.
• Liaise with vendor contacts globally on guard service operations to ensure proper alignment with Riot needs and that SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to provide required information on potential threats.
• Collaborate with offices throughout the globe to ensure alignment and integration of appropriate physical security systems, policies and procedures.
• Supply reports and data when requested, determining and ensuring an appropriate level of privacy is maintained.
• Spearheading Global Root Cause investigation for all incidents and injuries
• Develop and deliver training programs on physical security and emergency response procedures for employees.
• Performs monthly, quarterly and annual site wide safety and risk assessment evaluations
• Oversee the Ergonomic Assessments Program for Global Offices

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security management, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of physical security related to a range of office size and scale.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting security risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and implementing security protocols.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage vendors and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify security gaps and recommend effective solutions.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to physical security.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey security concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to conduct global travel, as required.

Desired Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in physical security, such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or equivalent, are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field are a plus.

• (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $101,300.00 - $142,600.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
