As a Senior Producer on the VALORANT Central Tech Art team, you will be responsible for helping Riot build and maintain a central technical art production pipeline for VALORANT across multiple platforms and future games. You will also work with artists, producers and engineers to support the team in delivering genre-defining experiences to our players. Your group will consist of Rioters across the globe, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sydney. You will report to a Senior Production leader supporting VALORANT studio.

• Experience using Agile tools and practices to drive the development process for a distributed development team
• Experience partnering with central and distributed development teams to improve the developer workflows
• Experience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with teams building content creation tools
• Mastery of production tools like JIRA for tracking and reporting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
