Riot Games is now a multi-game studio and next on the list...becoming THE entertainment company of the 21st century. As a result, our Global Marketing Creative Operations team was born to better support all of our Global Marketing Creative needs.

As the Manager of Video Operations, you will report to the Head of Operations, Global Marketing Creative. You'll be the go-to person for our video production and post-production facilities at Riot. You'll manage our video operations team charged with scheduling use of equipment and facilities in our Los Angeles office. You'll set a path for strategic success by making recommendations for investment opportunities in production technology. You will ensure that our production and post production workflow meets industry standards while examining how we can improve our operation.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the team that manages all video production facilities and resources for Global Marketing and other video production teams at Riot.
• Establish priorities and process for booking and use of all video production facilities and resources for Global Marketing.
• Be a technical expert for when Rioters have questions about best uses of equipment, facilities, formats, or any other issues related to our video production workflow.
• Evaluate trends and technologies in the production and post production space and recommend strategic investment opportunities to improve the existing production pipeline and workflow.
• Know the entire landscape of video production at Riot Games and how video is used in publishing efforts ensuring Riot makes appropriate decisions and investments in the right kind of Production and Post Production resources.
• Project manage all facility projects that add additional capacity in the editorial, color grading, sound design, and sound stage space.
• Partner with Craft leads within the Video Production Discipline to create vibrant communities of practice within Global Marketing Creative.
• Facilitate Video Discipline rituals to enrich our staff and challenge their growth.
• Mentor those you work with, helping Rioters reach their highest potential

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Video Production and Post Production through 8+ years of previous experience working at TV and Film Production Studios or Creative Services Studios with Video Production expertise. .
• Experience collaborating across multiple craft disciplines from Brand, Creative, Communications and Channels.
• Applied knowledge in on-set Production workflow.
• Applied knowledge in Post Production workflow.
• Experience with essential vendors in the Camera, Grip Electric and Sound Recording space.
• Experience with essential post production tool suites from Adobe, DaVinci and Avid.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management applied to the Video Production space.
• Experience with VFX and Animation workflow.

Desired Qualifications:
• PC, Console and Mobile games marketing experience.
• Expertise with Project Management Tools (AirTable, Trello) and DAM software (Iconik, Frame.io, FTrack).
