Job Description

Production Operations is the group dedicated to ensuring that the Production Department runs effectively, by providing support to producers across the company. This team leads the Production Department's craft development, training, and production standards for all of Riot Games and guides department-wide communications efforts.

As an Associate Program Manager within the Production Operations group, you will manage course logistics for our Production training curriculum. You'll also drive forward regular department communications efforts, such as monthly newsletters and quarterly town halls. In addition, you will work with Production leadership and related teams on broader department efforts, identifying and owning tasks and projects within those efforts.

Responsibilities
• Support Production Department training programs by managing attendance and driving communications to class attendees
• Own and execute projects assigned by project leadership and/or production team
• Participate in discovery, development, and socialization of other Production Department programs
• Create and execute on communication plans across the team with support of department leadership
• Plan and track training schedules and workflows, while raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers
• Guide teamwork, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups; ensure project information is well-documented and visible to partner groups

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in production or logistics
• Experience with common project management tools and software

Desired Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in production or logistics
• Experience in the game development industry
