Capitol Music Group is seeking a Creative Operations & Administrative Manager to join the team. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Creative.

How you'll SUPPORT:
• Act as operational right hand on video projects, serving as a point of contact with production and overseeing internal communication and quality control of video assets
• Help facilitate drafting, execution, review and archiving of contractual agreements
• Route videos to Business Affairs for clearance issues/approval and communicate issues to production
• Route final videos to internal team
• Liaise with BA, metadata, and production re: any issues prior to routing and upload to avoid delays (e.g. file formats, etc)
• Oversee project elements with out of house vendors, managing post production communications and other requests with commissioners
• Oversee archiving of final video assets (master video file, hard drive of assets, wrap books, location & talent releases)
• Support commissioners in reconciling master budgets, managing invoice payments and vendor setups with the help of the finance team

Bring your VIBE:
• 2-3 years' experience in production of videos & short-form content in an agency setting, or in-house
• Strong understanding of the production process
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often with same-day turnaround times on projects
• Self-starter and highly motivated with a desire to work in a team environment
• Passion for music and knowledge of current top artists a plus
