We are looking for a Production Assistant to support the fast-paced Audio Publishing program that is located on both the east coast and west coast. Reporting into the Director of Studio Production, the assistant supports the various audio producers and narrators, and the pre- and post-production managers and provides front line customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Voiceover artists on the audio talent casting website
• Assist with narrator agreement contracts and payments to complete transactions
• Develop weekly publicity reports taken from recording studio highlights generated by audio Producers
• Manage podcast content files recorded by authors during their audiobook narration
• Assist with tracking and acquiring manuscripts from multiple hardcover imprints for use in audiobook recordings

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to work with authors, narrators, Producers, as well as Production Managers and Engineers
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to provide support to the audio division
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to work efficiently and interface with audio staff
