Media Coordinator

Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Media Coordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract! The media team requires a dedicated coordinator responsible for planning and scheduling multiple campaigns from creation through delivery. This role works closely with the Manager(s) and Director(s) of Media Planning to input and update promo information within the scheduling and traffic systems and compile weekly promo tracking reports. Additional job duties include but are not limited to, checking promos for correct tag/tune-in details, monitoring the network for quality control, and acting as a liaison within assigned marketing pods. This candidate should exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency are required in this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Build templates, formats, and event profiles for all CBS shows
• Generate weekly production orders
• Responsible for updating daily On Air Schedule
• Schedule daily Video On Demand logs
• Schedule synergy in daily logs
• Enter daily promo revisions
• Schedule/Track digital assets
• Provide weekly commitment reports
• Provide weekly tracking reports
• Assist other coordinators when needed

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 + years of equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows operating system

Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be well organized and detail oriented
• Accuracy of data input is most important to prevent mistakes on the air
• Strong time management skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $23.00 - 26.44.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
