Overview and Responsibilities:

Paramount is looking for a Manager of HR Digital Adoption and Change Management motivated by a passion to shape and deliver change readiness strategies, training and communication plans to enhance the adoption of HR's tech ecosystem! Paramount unified its global workforce through transforming and unifying the HR tech platforms and creating a consumer-grade experience, systems and processes globally. The role will be responsible for change readiness and adoption of HR Digital transformation projects and initiatives to ensure that the systems and processes solutioned fuses Paramount's culture and new ways of working!

This is a great opportunity for someone who's looking to play a key role in delivering change and adoption solutions in a global company with focus on continuously enhancing the people experience at Paramount. While this isn't a technical role, it does require a natural curiosity of how people can leverage digital solutions to work more effectively and sustainably.

Change management strategies, assessment & measurement:
• Develop change management strategies and detailed plans for current HR tech solutions and HR digital and transformation projects, e.g.: HCM cloud solutions, position approve flows, etc.
• Create change management framework that will scale and bring a unified approach across Paramount
• Develop and implement (or supervise others executing) stakeholder communication plans
• Lead and align change management approach to project(s) from inception to full implementation
• Partner with HR Tech Project Managers to ensure alignment between change management and technical implementation plans for the initiative
• Work closely with project owners to ensure benefits are realized
• Propagate change management tools and strategies across the HR Team
• Evaluate the efficiency of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption using quantitative (user metrics, surveys, etc.) and qualitative (observations, communications, etc.) techniques and revise plans, if needed, based on results
• Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project(s) to identify potential challenges and corresponding mitigation strategies
• Partner and develop relationships with leadership and change ambassadors to drive organizational change
• Contribute to thought leadership and marketing collateral to share Paramount's HR digital innovations and transformation stories

Communication & training:
• Develop communications assets related to the change management plan, e.g., email communications templates, web content, etc.
• Draft change management communications for alignment with plan and corporate communications standards
• Support in delivery of training assets related to the change management plan, e.g., training slide decks, webinars, job aids, video shorts, FAQs, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Education, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting/corporate setting, technology implementation, organizational change management, training/education, or related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Proven experience working in a change management practice and/or being responsible for an enterprise change management effort
• Able to craft and deliver communications to a wide audience
• Experience driving culture change globally

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Ability to train people into new ways of working through continuous improvement methodologies
• Able to deal with resistance and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, be flexible as project needs might change
• Be comfortable to build strong relationships in the wider transformation globally and locally
• Have an agile approach and work independently with customers, be proactive, take initiative, and self-manage
• Strong presentation skills (to bring the key messages across crisp and clear), active listening skills and the ability to prepare presentations to various stakeholders
• Be comfortable with uncertainty and change and be able to support the business through a large-scale global transformation
