Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Coordinator to support the Senior Vice President, Digital Distribution – Americas. This role will support the Americas Digital Distribution & Sales team through ad hoc research projects and administration of key software tools (including Salesforce), and engage Paramount internal departments as needed to effectively carry out this work. Additional responsibilities will include managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports and other organizational tasks. The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be adept at problem solving and multi-tasking under time sensitive conditions, and have experience working for senior executives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support the development of strategies to increase distribution and revenue of Paramount Global content across online transactional platforms (both existing and emerging), with such support including (but not limited to) market research, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials
• Support ongoing operation of Salesforce (and other internal systems), including acting as a ''Super User/System Administrator'', training new users, and expanding the necessary skills across the Digital Distribution & Sales team
• Together with IT and other departments, coordinate the collection, evaluation, and implementation of new Salesforce and/or Tableau development requests aimed at driving process efficiencies and success of customer engagement and sales functions
• Maintain executive calendar, manage travel arrangements, and process monthly expense reports
• Administer meeting scheduling, collect and circulate agendas, accurately record minutes
• General support of sales summits, trade events and markets such as LA Screenings, etc.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and effective communication
• Act as custodian for departmental documents and records
• Create visitor gate passes and perform office duties, including ordering supplies
• Contribute to a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
• Other projects, duties and responsibilities as may be required
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+years of related experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proficiency in Airtable
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, with proven multi-tasking abilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving

• Discretion, diplomacy, and integrity
• Previously reported to senior management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - $53,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
