Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to support the Digital Distribution team, with a primary focus on assisting in the management of our Amazon account. In this role, you will support the Americas Digital Distribution & Sales team with research projects. You will manage key software tools, such as Salesforce. You will also work with other Paramount departments. Your work will help complete projects related to Amazon successfully. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficient command of the Microsoft Office suite, excel at problem-solving and multi-tasking in dynamic settings, and possess experience supporting executives.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing strategies to grow Paramount Global's content sales and revenue through Amazon's pay-per-use services.
• Perform market research, review data, and create presentations tailored to Amazon's requirements.
• Support the ongoing operation of Salesforce and other relevant internal systems, building expertise across the Digital Distribution & Sales team specific to Amazon account management.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with Amazon stakeholders, prepare and circulate agendas, and properly record meeting minutes.
• Provide general support for sales relevant to the Amazon partnership.
• Work with various teams, including IT, Brand Marketing, Legal, Deal Management, Product Fulfillment, and Finance, to share information and discuss Amazon-related projects.
• Maintain reliable departmental documents and records pertaining to Amazon operations.
• Contribute to a culture of success, supporting ongoing business and goal achievement for Paramount's Amazon relationship.
• Undertake additional projects, duties, and responsibilities as needed to support the Amazon account.
• Reports to the Manager, Digital Distribution Americas.
• Partners with LA-based teams across IT, Marketing, Legal, Deal Management, Fulfillment, Accounting, Market Intelligence, Finance, Publicity, and Facilities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience reporting to senior management.
• Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, and or Air TablePrevious experience supporting or managing an Amazon account is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
