This Benefits Specialist position is part of the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team within Talent, which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from candidacy to onboarding and beyond. Main responsibilities:
• You will support the Benefits Program Manager in influencing the benefits strategy, design, and implementation of programs.
• You will create clear benefit communications and enhance and update our internal and external benefits site.
• You will always be looking for operational efficiencies, working closely with HRIS, People Data Associates, and external vendors to manage the tools that we use to administer our benefits, as well as looking for innovative solutions that allow improving both the administration of benefits and the employee experience through technology.
• You will constantly be looking for innovative ways to measure the success of the programs we implement.
• You will work closely with our HRBPs, Talent Partners, Employee Services Generalist team and our health care partners to support them in responding to employee benefit inquiries and draw insights and learnings from their front line communication with employees to inform our work.
• You will review employees' escalated claims issues, identify root causes and work out a long-term solution(s) with the vendors.
• You will support annual renewals in our LATAM countries (4 countries), benchmark against our peers, research industry, and employment trends.
• You will be responsible for Benefits supplier Onboarding and FinOps Support, creating PIC codes, onboard new vendors, banking setup, and all the steps required. Additionally will support the Benefits Program Manager in the management of the relationship with brokers, consultants, vendors and insurers.
• You will work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (HRIS, Payroll, HR Generalists, Finance Operations and benefit broker/consultants) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of our LATAM benefits programs.
• You will thoroughly understand and execute the compliance landscape that governs LATAM benefits. You will conduct audits of data/invoices to ensure processes and policies are managed accurately and effectively.

To be successful, you are:
• 4 years in an HR Ops/Generalist role or a Benefits role in a fast-paced environment.
• You have HR experience at entertainment and/or technology organizations (preferred but not required) or a similar industry that operates in a fast paced and agile environment
• You are able to maneuver in ambiguity and derive informed decisions based on good judgment calls.
