Job Description
The Job
Sr analyst must work close to the Local STPL manager. It will be his right across all STPL process.
The Daily – Major Activities
• Revenue Financial Planning: Revenue Budget & Forecast processes (run deliverables)
• Commercial Business Intelligence and Business Analytics: local Implementation of sales tools (Trex). Provide local business analytics reports (aligned with Central team). Includes client investment analytics)
• Sales reporting: Tracking of office results (revenue, etc)
• Trade Support on Agency Incentives negotiation (Accruals): Manage, coordinate and reconcile inventory negotiations with the agencies. Reconciliation, follow-up and control of the process of receiving commission invoices.
• Regional Pitches: Serve as POC for RFP - Request for Proposal and ensure no cannibalization and client service is optimal.
• Yield Management - Pricing Princing and Inventory Analysis
• Digital Monetization: POC for Digital Monetization for digital pricings, packageing
• Content monetization strategy / CLab strategy: POC to local content team and CLab, assure Clab revenue KPIs are met (Budget, revenue rates, etc.)
• Commercial Planning: POC with Commercial Planning. Provide pricing and Inventory sales office plans, to ensure that sales office forecast is in line with sales proposals being produced. Includes price floors by industry)
The Essentials
• Degree in advertising, finance or business administration
• Experience: at least 3 years depending on whether we decide on a senior position
The Nice to Haves
• Analytical profile, thoroughness in financial management and clarity in numbers
• Curiosity to learn a strategic vision of the business in all the variables that compose it
