Manager, Business Intelligence

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications , and great data and analytics skills. Th is role will be responsible for defining and implementing BI semantic layers and BI cubes . He or she will also be responsible for introducing new BI solutions or features that can improve business value.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Engineering processes: The ability to ensure that engineering processes are followed, and product quality is maintained
• Communication skills: The ability to communicate technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
• Analytical and reporting skills: The ability to analyze and report on information
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and construction processes, as well as engineering principles and best practices for BI semantic layers and P owerBI cubes
• Continuous Improvement: Define processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables.
• Problem-solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems
• Stakeholder management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders . Maintain a strong understanding of the business function .

Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years p roven experience in Business Intelligence and data modelling .
• Strong data and analysis skills .
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Business savvy , specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advance knowledge in BI tools (Tableau and PowerBI )
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
• Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly .
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• ​ ​ Fluent in ​ ​ English ​ .
