Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support script team with assembling scripts for the show
• Format sketches/Execute revisions using Final Draft
• Proofread sketches and all written copy for grammar and accuracy
• Copy/Distribute show related paperwork to proper departments/Manage distribution lists
• Track/Communicate script changes with writers and production departments
• Provide as broadcast scripts
• Verify information as directed for show repeats
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Basic Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in television production
• Working experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Final Draft
• Bachelor's Degree in Television, Journalism or Communications preferred
• Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York, New York
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
