Job Description
Overview:
The Coordinator , Platform Inventory (YouTube) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management, implementation, optimization, and reporting of advertising initiatives on YouTube. This role focuses primarily on owned and unsold inventory, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, perform at the highest level, and deliver value across all WMG teams worldwide. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic digital ad experience who is looking to grow their skill set and expand their responsibility by delivering a global scale service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Support the launch and management of all YouTube owned and unsold inventory
• Supervise campaigns in Google Ads and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal delivery against objectives.
• Identify and work with Director, Platform Marketing to implement automation opportunities to streamline routine campaign tasks.
Operations & Process Improvement
• Collaborate with the Director, Platform Marketing to build, document, and boost operational processes and standard methodologies for YouTube advertising to **improve** efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage ad inventory, ensuring effective placements and rotations aligned with campaign goals.
Reporting & Insights
• Build detailed performance reports that showcase important data, trends, and practical insights for internal teams and clients.
• Analyze campaign data to inform optimizations and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Experience Level:
• 2+ years of dedicated experience in a Ad Operations or Paid Media business, significant hands-on experience with YouTube advertising preferred
• Experience working in Google Ads, specifically TrueView
• Proficient at web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and its integration with Google Ads
• Basic familiarity tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and implementing various tracking pixels/tags is a plus
• Essential experience accomplishing reporting and campaign analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary Range
$24.00 to $24.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
