Job Description

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide a range of support functions to our Go to Market & Sales Operations teams, including proactively driving efficiencies and increased productivity through our tech stack and creating and maintaining our internal process documentation.
• Serve as the first level of support for operational questions from the Sales and GoToMarket teams
• Share best practices with and provide cross training to peers, team members and other business units to enhance the quality and efficiency of the sales operations process and contribute to the knowledge base
• Create and curate a library of Sales Operations documentation; this covers systems, process and best practices
• Gather information from Salesforce users to report issues. Conduct testing within our tech stack to ensure new processes or updates are working as expected Thoroughly document all steps and present testing outcomes to members of the Sales Operations team

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
• Minimum of one (1+) year experience in Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in Sales or Operations
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and passion for data integrity
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written professional correspondence
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience in process improvement documentation and implementation
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert during internal discussions

Desired Characteristics
• Knowledge of Salesforce and familiarity with sales tech stack systems such as Outreach, Calendly and RingCentral
• Knowledge and understanding of sales funnels/cycles and ability to identify roadblocks
• Current or previous experience (volunteer or paid) in youth sport organizations
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership thinking
• Experience collaborating with and supporting colleagues, within sales and cross departmentally
• Previous customer service experience supporting internal or external customers

Additional Job Requirements
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Minneapolis, MN office a minimum of three days per week
• Must be willing to work in the Minneapolis, MN office
