We have an excellent opportunity to join our NBCUniversal Networks team. Working closely with the sales team you will work across sales briefs, provide department support to create efficiencies and project manage key initiatives within the team. You will champion creativity and innovation working across integrated responses and proactive pitches.
-Generate creative ideas which encapsulate and enhance client briefs
-Create brief response proposals and presentations
-Develop proactive opportunities for sales houses across AU + NZ
-Develop sales collateral for key sponsorship opportunities
-Day to day sales house contact/relationship management
-Present to sales house in WIPs
-Help develop new opportunities for revenue across socials and key partnerships
-Liaise across all areas of the business to project manage sales brief execution
-Manage the logistics and workflows of campaign execution
-Work with the production department to coordinate sponsorship material
-Done deal forms, promo request forms, requesting post campaign reports from internal teams
-Asset delivery with International teams
-Check on live campaigns to ensure full and timely delivery.
-Manage to keep sales house up to date with audience forecasts, programming, digital information, promo and schedules
-Weekly and monthly advertising/sponsorship tracking and reporting
-Provide administrative support to the Ad Sales team
-Find efficiencies in process and delivery.
-Organise sales trade + sponsorship events.
-Develop & organise a campaign workflow system/process.
-Understanding of digital sales and inventory booking
-Highly organized and focused
-Strong people skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow
-Ability to project manage
-Intermediate to advanced Powerpoint, Word , Excel and --Google Analytics
-Works well within a small team
-Excellent communication skills
-Possess a strong willingness to learn and strong work ethic
-Passion for TV/Media/Online.
-Familiarity with evolving landscape as it relates to TV, media, entertainment and OTT services.
