Job Description
Responsibilities
At the core of this role, you will:
• Manage the day to day operations of our physical Talent Lab Space in Universal City
• Support multiple Talent Lab experiences including project planning, experience coordination and communicating with our talent and sponsors
• Coordinate, organize and produce virtual learning labs while supporting the needs of our facilitators and talent

Here's what that will look like for you…
• Manage logistics for in-person learning experiences including space and vendor coordination
• Drive project plans and creatively design events utilizing the backdrop of one of the biggest film studios on the Universal lot
• Create materials for our experiences that are energizing, stimulating, and inspiring – including presentations, participant tools, exercises/activities, and digital solutions
• Support and optimize processes including our regularly reoccurring new hire orientation experience, START
• Run our space and experience budget ensuring accurate and timely tracking
• Grow into providing in-person facilitation for select Talent Lab experiences – primarily START, but also supporting other experiences targeted at individual contributors.

Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Have (Required Qualifications)
We're a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in, we'll expect that you have:
• a bachelor's degree
• at least 1- 2 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, human resources and/or talent acquisition
• project management experience, juggling multiple tasks and deliverable simultaneously
• proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Desired Characteristics

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
You've worked in media/entertainment/tech, enjoy a fast paced environment, and have:
• previous experience in event and/or office management
• experience as a facilitator in virtually and/or in-person environments
• experience with graphic design and publishing tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
