Job Description
VERSANT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our high-performing and fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team! This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and will also be deeply involved in driving key talent acquisition projects that will help build and elevate the TA function across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a multifaceted role - someone who enjoys building seamless experiences, organizing chaos into order, and contributing to strategic initiatives that have visible business impact.
What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch, seamless, and positive candidate experience
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare interview materials as needed
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and consistency
• Escort candidates during onsite interview days and ensure all logistics run smoothly
• Manage sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion
• Respond to recruiter and hiring manager requests with urgency and professionalism
• Provide high-level administrative support to the TA Leader, including scheduling meetings, preparing team meeting agendas, organizing materials, and assisting with follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items
Strategic TA Project Support
• Partner with the TA team on branding and marketing initiatives, including the creation and editing of slide decks, social media content, and employer branding collateral
• Support the creation of internal and external PowerPoint presentations for talent updates, hiring plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and stakeholder briefings
• Serve as a key liaison between TA and key business partners to coordinate QBRs, hiring strategy sessions, and other cross-functional meetings
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and budget tracking in collaboration with TA and Finance
• Maintain and help drive progress on a TA team project tracker to ensure key deliverables are on time and aligned to overall priorities
• Contribute to TA process improvements and other special projects as assigned
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
• 1+ years of professional work experience in a coordinator, project support, or administrative capacity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills & Characteristics:
• Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
• Proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically at all levels
• Solid PowerPoint skills and a creative eye for presentation formatting and visual storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with data and numbers; able to manipulate spreadsheets and track metrics
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adaptable and agile in approach
• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset - solutions-oriented, energized by new challenges, and eager to make processes better
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of accountability
