Overview
Paramount Media Networks and MTV Entertainment Studios is seeking a project-based Coordinator for a temporary assignment in the Office of the President. The coordinator will be the key point of contact for providing day-to-day administration including meeting scheduling and coordination, travel, expense reimbursement and providing support on key projects coming from the office.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, executive environment, with a track record of proactively anticipating needs, working efficiently across various tasks, and remaining flexible. They must exhibit a high degree of self-confidence, exercising discretion and diplomacy in all interactions. As a representative of the executive, the coordinator will manage the office with the highest level of professionalism, poise and class.
This role will be in a hybrid work model, which requires 2 days a week on site in our NYC office and 3 days a week working remote.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, working extensively in Outlook
• Prepare expense reports
• Prepare travel arrangements
• Coordinate agendas and compile materials for senior team meetings
• Assist in research and draft presentations for key projects
• Point of contact for A/V team to maximize remote technologies
• Help plan tentpole events for the full Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios group
• Active member of Culture Club, planning weekly group wide events
• Support the intern planning process
• Manage special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years prior work experience supporting senior leadership
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Experience in a fast paced, executive environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Concur, Ariba and Outlook
• Represents office with utmost professionalism and positivity
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $33- $36 per hour.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
