JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of content rights information and programme records into the Landmark database and other systems
⦁ Collaborate with team members to create accurate financial and legal records, including tax certificates as required by EMEA territories
⦁ Create deal memos, ensuring that all commercially agreed terms are correctly captured, and acting as key liaison to distributors for all paperwork through to signature, including coordinating DocuSign signature requests
⦁ Liaise with Legal and Finance department over deal memo sign-off, circulation and amendments, whilst simultaneously tracking and shepherding deal approvals through internal management sign-off
⦁ Track, check and maintain PO's and vendor records. Raise PO's as needed.

Oversee licence fee payments to a wide variety of third party distributors, ranging from major US studios to foreign independent distributors
⦁ Set up new vendors; proactively resolve any invoice discrepancies
⦁ Coordinate with Tech Ops to facilitate swift delivery of broadcast material at the point of deal closure, and with Marketing for
⦁ Deliver administration (including and not limited to deal memos, licensing agreements, invoices etc.) and materials within agreed timeframes
⦁ Ad hoc projects as directed by the Acquisitions Vice President or Acquisitions Manager (e.g. conducting research into scripted / non-scripted / movie content; license fee analysis and summaries; administrative tasks)
⦁ Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training

SKILLS / & REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Understanding of financial and accounting processes
⦁ Proficiency in various software packages (e.g. SAP, Excel)
⦁ Experience with channel management systems preferred but not essential (e.g. Landmark,IBMS, Perspective)
⦁ Highly analytical with experience and mastery of database structures
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong organisational skills
⦁ Ability to work effectively with Stakeholders at all levels
⦁ Able to take initiative and prioritize the workload to ensure deadlines are met
⦁ Proactive & able to confidently assess a situation and take action
⦁ Excellent problem solver and adept at resolving conflict
⦁ Legal experience desirable but not essential
⦁ French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian or Spanish language skills useful but not required
