Reporting into the Management Accountant, and working within the finance function, you will primarily focus on coordination of finance activities, effective, timely and accurate reporting of accounts for the business, ensuring appropriate corporate controls and governance requirements are adhered to, and achieving the operational, financial and business objectives of the business.

What your day to day will look like:
• Working within Finance and Tour Accounting functional areas to produce tour related reporting along with supporting analysis and commentary
• Accountable for tour project set up and administration and tour related ledger entries
• Liaising with Tour Accountants to ensure accuracy and confidence in the Tour Profit calculations for each tour
• Record & analyse variances between Tour Actuals versus Forecast and prepare reconciliation
• Upload monthly forecast tour results in the event reporting system
• Arrange and process Artist Payments and assist in the lodgement of tour related Withholding Tax payments
• Work closely with tour representatives to assist them with cash & float requirements
• Prepare tour audit checklists at the time of project closure
• Provide ongoing support to Management Accountant in producing accruals and deferrals reports, including journals as required – month end, reclass, prepayments
• Assist with internal & external audits
• Ad-Hoc Duties as required

Who and what are we looking for?
• Minimum of Two (2) years' experience in a similar role and working towards CA / CPA
• High level computer literacy, proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a quality output
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong attention to detail
