Job Description
THE JOB

Seeking a Regional Manager, Fan & Artist Services to oversee seasonal venue staff, guest, and artist service experience programs at multiple music venues. The regional manager will be responsible for administering various corporate and venue designed programs to support the overall guest service and backstage, division-wide goals. This role will operate within the scope of Live Nation service standards, policies and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Serve as the regional lead for each venue's Guest & Employee Experience Managers and back of house hospitality coordinators (where applicable) across approx. 20 venues in your region, by fostering the company's service culture and values to achieve the highest levels of service satisfaction across the entire venue
• In partnership with the venue experience managers, this position supports seasonal employee engagement, training and recognition, and guest service division-wide goals within their region.
• Help in the creation and implementation of a cohesive Artist hospitality strategy focused on, but not limited to, back of house aesthetics, personalization and artist catering standards.
• Work in conjunction with various department stakeholders and touring personnel. • • Create implementation strategies and action plans to innovate and inspire continued success of the overall service experience for both front and back of house
• Collaborate with co- regional managers to establish and curate best practices to share across regions to increase overall employee, guest, and tour personnel service satisfaction
• Facilitate and host bi-weekly Regional Manager collaborative calls and frequent one-on-one sessions for both Guest and Artist Experience Managers (where applicable).
• Work in partnership with the National Fan & Artist Services team to ensure venue and region-specific processes, goals and activities are aligned with the overall corporate vision of Live Nation's service culture
• Ability to simplify and translate multiple guest & artist service data sets into insights and action items for each of your venues and overall region.
• Develop recommendations and clearly communicate results of analysis to senior management
• Regular travel to regional venues (orientations, season long visits) to observe, providing feedback and assistance
• Report to department heads; VP - Fan Services and VP - Artist Services

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management

• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written and listening
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to foster problem solving between teams and stakeholders and to arrive at a solution that will contribute to the overall achievement of goals
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (up to 40% during the summer concert season).
• Due to the amount of travel required for this role, proximity to a major airport is required
• Proximity to a venue or local office within your region is preferred.
