THE JOB
The Contractor – Ticket Access position covers many areas. Primarily, they assist the Ticketing Managers and Associates who oversee all ticket offer operational aspects of the sponsorship contract as well as future LNE sponsorship agreements. This includes analyzing event reports for partner's ticket offers, entering and maintaining workbook of event data, QA for ticket offers, diagnosing offer-related issues and reporting to ticket agency, box office or ticket director, working as an operational liaison between ticket agency, the Ticketing Manager and Brand Management teams. They will also advise for potential tool development, efficiency gains, and process streamlining to maintain a high operational support for our sponsor clients.
The position supports internal projects relating to LNE sponsorship deals, assisting in new product sponsorship support and development, as well as being involved in key requirements from Ticketing Managers, Brand Managers, eCommerce, OnTour, and other National support teams related to cross-functional sponsorship offers.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Maintain weekly event data for partner's sponsored venues, including collection and formatting of event links, capacities and allotments, sales data, etc.
• Communicate with ticket access team, box office and ticket directors concerning partner's ticket offers
• Conduct QA on ticket offers to ensure build standardization, proper allotments, password associations, etc.
• Research and address customer service issues related to clients not being able to access tix
• General support of sponsorship promotional ticket offers
• Other projects as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Background & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must have minimum of 2 years ticketing experience in a box office or with a ticket agency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Secondary Market and Sponsorship initiatives
• Functional knowledge of ticketing Channels: Ticketmaster, AXS, Paciolan, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret ticket sales reports
• Basic HTML preferred

• Superior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• A proactive, collaborative, and organized working style
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations & direction
• Proficiency in office applications, especially Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends

The expected compensation for this position is: $25/hr
