• Manage, update and distribute Artist's personal and tour calendars - iCal, Google and Artist Growth calendars
• Communicate daily with all artists and members of artist's teams - Agents, Business Managers, Tour Managers, Labels, Publicists, Band Members, etc.
• Ensure contracts are signed via Docusign by manager and returned in a timely manner to appropriate party
• Monitor artist's social media and ensure that scheduled content is posted on time
• Screen press requests and schedule with artist accordingly
• Connect and monitor phoners with artist
• Collect, capture and deliver audio and video liners
• Schedule calls, meetings and conference calls between multiple parties
• Proofread press releases, album materials, social media copy, etc.
• Book flights, hotels and rental cars
• Prepare and submit expense and bill back reports
