Job Summary/Description:
DAKOTA NEWS NOW is seeking to fill the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of Dakota News Now digital sales efforts, including but not limited to, developing quotes and proposals, marketing materials, and working with sales staff to ensure digital campaign success.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop, design, and update sales presentations and marketing collateral materials for both internal and external use.
2. Assist the sales team in developing and implementing multi-media marketing campaigns for a wide-ranging client base. This will include but is not limited to, pulling quotes, providing strategic input in developing proposals for digital and broadcast campaigns, and providing follow-up presentations on campaign performance and metrics.
3. Facilitate effective communications between management, sales team, and clients.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
5. Show an ability to analyze market research, competitive, and/or reports, and apply conclusions to benefit clients' marketing campaign strategy.
6. Analyze client campaign dashboards, make suggestions on improving results, and work with Gray Digital Media to ensure client success.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Possess demonstrable experience working in B2B and B2C environments.
- Experience in Media/Marketing or a related field and experience.
