Job Summary/Description:

Seeks a detail oriented, technology savvy Sales Assistant capable of producing creative high impact sales presentations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, inputting orders, and being an overall part of the selling process. For the right person, this opportunity can be a stepping-stone to future opportunities in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Accurate order input and revisions
- Contract verification
- Inventory control; programming updates; assisting our Multi-Screen Marketing Specialist in developing customized professional presentations
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Appointment setting

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Sales Assistant must have good communication skills and be able to interface with the sales team
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Broadcast and digital sales experience required
• Proficiency with Wide Orbit Traffic and Media Sales, PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.
• Must be highly organized, dependable and detailed oriented
• Strong mathematical skills required
