Who We Are:
At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

Responsible for assisting the channels team in all aspects for Sport24

What You'll Do:
Media Management
• Sending MSA bookings to Production Services
• Sourcing and viewing filler content for TX
• Archiving & server delete lists
Short and long form data entry into Provys
• Series & episodes
• Promos, adverts, bumpers, idents, stings, filler
• Creating reports for asset usage for client
• Updating inventories & make lists,
• Monitoring media deliveries/availabilities
• Ad hoc duties e.g. covering Planning and Presentation Schedulers holidays/sickness
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose
of the job
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
• Working during typical holiday periods (Easter/Christmas)
• May require late start/finishes and weekend working where applicable
• Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate

• Ensuring that all duties are carried out by the transmission deadlines set
You Have These:
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience of working in a role with multiple duties
• Experience of using Provys scheduling system (or equivalent)
• An understanding of broadcast channels
• Interest in sport and commercial content
• The ability to respond to and manage the varying demands of a busy channel
• Highly organised and able to communicate well
• Able to multi-task
• Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent, relevant working experience
• Excellent time management
• Skilled in accuracy and attention to detail
• Skilled team player and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Positive, professional and keen approach to work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
