Your New Role
This position will support the EVP (Drama Series and Films). Candidates must have a strong ability to interact with internal staff and external talent (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment and to be proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality. Drama Series and Films is seeking a positive team player who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, a great communicator and a quick-thinking problem solver.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Administrative support to include scheduling and maintaining a complex executive calendar, arranging executive and talent travel, scheduling calls and meetings, processing expense reports and screening/logging phone calls and emails. Other administrative and clerical duties and projects as assigned
• Maintain centralized tracking for high volume programming, delivery timelines and contacts in coordination with other executives, and maintain overall scheduling grid
• Research ideas and review media landscape for specific projects
• Preparing background materials for meetings and pitches.
• Work collaboratively with assistants and executives across various departments such as production, marketing, media relations and content planning
• Communicate with high-level talent and external partners
• The position is Los Angeles based with a hybrid work schedule

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of desk/executive assistant experience within the entertainment industry; preferably programming or at an agency.
• Proven ability to multi-task; able to prioritize workload of senior executive constantly and consistently, and oneself simultaneously.
• Candidate must be able to handle themselves professionally with many other executives within the company as well as writers, producers, talent and other executives within the industry.
• Solid understanding of the entertainment industry specifically as it relates to the creative side of the business.
• Experience in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and handle other projects and duties at executive's discretion/direction.
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Possess a high degree of professionalism, prioritization, judgment, and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual workspace essentials like Teams and Zoom
• Bachelor's degree preferred
