Job Description
This role is part of the Partner Marketing Operations team within the streaming organization, which supports and executes all creative and tactical initiatives for HBO and Max across our domestic MVPD partners. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a coordinator to help support and scale this expanding area of the business.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Maintain full ownership of project tracking within the team's project management system, ensuring projects are accurately represented and updated at all times . Provide regular status updates and troubleshoot issues effectively across all stakeholders.
• Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows, coordinating the organization and timely delivery of cross-functional assets among various teams.
• Collaborate daily with Creative Marketing and agency partners, overseeing the exchange of raw and final assets, managing work-in-progress files, and facilitating creative development. Tasks include sub-clipping footage and distributing content through multiple platforms and formats.
• Regularly interface with the Max Brand and Programming Operations teams to keep Partner Marketing informed of new and upcoming deliverables.
• Oversee the Free On Demand (FOD) asset workflow in collaboration with Product Marketing and Operations, leveraging internal WBD product tools.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for distributing brand, legal, and positioning copy guidelines to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across initiatives.
• Conduct thorough quality control to confirm that all final assets meet brand standards and technical delivery requirements.
• Stay informed of account goals and business priorities to support agile and aligned creative production.
• Manage the onboarding of new creative vendors, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's daily workflows and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's degree.
• English proficient
• 2 years of relevant project management experience in the media landscape.
• Team player and experience managing high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules.
• Deep understanding of various type of video and digital media.
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience across digital and video file formats.
• Overall knowledge of post-production workflow a plus .
• Working knowledge of media/production asset management, movement, storage , archiving .
• Experience with Monday.com, Box, Jira, Avid, Aspera is a plus.
