We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our Content Marketing strategy for Latin America.

As the Content Marketing Manager for Latin America, you will develop and execute growth strategies to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through Content programs across both paid and owned channels. You will partner closely with a global team of content and performance marketing experts to build, launch, and measure marketing campaigns that delight customers across LATAM and efficiently drive them to Amazon Music.
A successful candidate for this role will have experience in performance and acquisition marketing – ranging across Paid marketing, display advertising, owned and operated channels, upsell and promotions, affiliates, and paid social media. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, ownership and the ability to execute daily at the highest level. You will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, communicating clearly and persuasively.
You will be working cross-functionally and internationally across marketing and growth teams as well as other Amazon businesses. This position will interact with all levels of the company.
Key job responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning, and execution for Content Marketing across paid and owned marketing channels to drive customer growth for Amazon Music in Latin America.
. Act as the lead project manager for content programs, helping to build and launch campaigns across multiple paid and owned and operated channels.
• Plan, coordinate and communicate campaigns and channels' performance delivering against goals and scaling insights and learnings.
• Flawlessly execute campaigns across marketing channels, testing and iterating to optimize creative and campaign targeting. Establish ongoing test and learn approach to new and existing campaigns.
• Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing assets.
• Identify new user acquisition opportunities in Paid channels based on data and analytical insight.
• Work with global teams to inform and influence acquisition strategy through content prograsms on global level and accelerate growth through experiments.
• Efficiently generate insights gathering, analyzing data, reporting and creating hypothesis and designing valid tests.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
