About the Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for a highly motivated and organized Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and payroll functions for the Operations department. In this role, you will schedule part-time and full-time Back of House employees to work at Chase Center on event and non-event days.

To be successful, you will need impeccable attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of time and attendance records, payroll reports, and employee correspondence. Experience working within a unionized environment and a firm understanding of union rules/CBAs is imperative. This position reports to the Supervisor, Time & Attendance.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Use scheduling software to prepare work schedules (i.e., input and maintain schedules/calendars, update changes, edit hours/shifts, etc.) for Operations team members
• Confirm employee availability based on event requirements and management needs
• Coordinate employee correspondence related to scheduling and payroll for Operations
• Coordinate payroll operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by following established policies and procedures
• Partner with People Operations and Finance to ensure accuracy of payroll data, transfers, rate changes, and terminations
• Oversee time and attendance policy and collaborate with management to ensure policy and procedures are in place and adhered to
• Ensure adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreement to understand scheduling the processes, policies, and procedures of the organization
• Assist with the hiring and onboarding of Operations team members; ensure compliance to union contracts, as well as state and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in payroll or human resources
• Prior experience in a unionized environment with familiarity of union contracts and state and federal regulations
• Experience with payroll processing, scheduling and attendance software (preferably Ultimate Kronos Group)
• Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new/updated software
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment

Time Commitment
• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Demands
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.

• $26.00 - 28.00 per hour+ Bonus
