Framestore's Melbourne studio is growing and we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring the best talent in the VFX industry!

The Recruitment Coordinator will be a Framestore brand ambassador, championing our employer brand strategy and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors is crucial for this role. This person will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Scheduling and coordination
• Candidate sourcing, screening,and documentation
• Job postings and advertising
• Recruitment process support
• Interview logistics
• Compliance and policy adherence
• Event logistics
• Outreach support

Skills and Experience:
• Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output
• Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Experience with ATS systems and/or online networking platforms such as LinkedIn
• Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations
• A keen interest in developing a career within recruitment
• Proficient with general MS Office and email applications
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Able to work on own initiative
• Experience or interest in visual effects is a bonus
