As the Visual Pioneering Coordinator, you will oversee and support various tasks and projects within the Eyeline Visual Pioneering Group to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion. You will be working at the forefront of the next generation of storytelling with a team of artists and technologists who harness advanced generative tools and workflows to visualize and develop cinematic concepts.
The Visual Pioneering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing projects that blend traditional filmmaking expertise with innovative generative media, helping bring original ideas, environments, and characters to life. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact between different departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow
• Scheduling: Arrange and manage schedules, meetings, and deliverables for team members and ensure timely communication of changes
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for projects and departmental activities
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, department activities, and other relevant metrics
• Resource Readiness: Coordinate the receipt, organization, distribution of materials and information, acting as the conduit between Client and Artistic Team
• Problem-Solving: Identify, resolve, or escalate any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution
• Personnel Support: Liaise with all team members, ensuring information is clear and connected, assess and facilitate inquiries and requests
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondence, handling inquiries, and managing office supplies
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Gdrive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) & ShotGrid
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effectively coordinates the resolution of problems and roadblocks as they occur
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g.,Airtable, Monday.com. ClickUp) is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, cope well with fast paced environments and short deadlines, be adaptable, use initiative, have a proactive attitude
$48,000 - $75,000 a year
This salary range is specific to applicants applying to our position in Vancouver, BC. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
