Marketing Coordinator, NFL (32-week Project Position)

The Marketing Coordinator assists the Sports Marketing Manager and Associate Manager in the development of overall consumer marketing and advertising strategies for ESPN NFL sports properties, specifically focused on the NFL on ESPN Brand, Monday Night Football, NFL Postseason and NFL Draft. He/She provides support in the strategy development and execution and implementation of various marketing campaigns, inclusive of TV, radio, digital, experiential, and social media. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will be a key liaison between the consumer marketing team, creative agencies, and the broader ESPN cross-functional team.

This role will be a 32-week project hire and it is benefit eligible.

• The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for short & long term marketing deliverables, inclusive of the following duties:
• Managing alignment of consumer marketing & brand strategies
• Managing all creative deliverables and timelines to ensure work is finished, delivered, and trafficked on time (and on budget)
• Owning the relationship and production timelines with the internal and external creative teams
• Ensuring accuracy and excellence of all work done internally and by creative agencies
• Managing budget and project-to-project spending on NFL
• He/She will assist the Manager with the day-to-day management of the properties. This includes:
• Providing input on creative development and execution of marketing materials
• Working closely with Media on the scheduling and delivery of on and off channel assets
• Establishing relationships with key personnel in the marketing department and other business units

Basic Qualifications:
• 1- 2 years of related marketing or business experience with an understanding of marketing fundamentals, creative evaluation, and budget management
