On Location is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join the company's sports marketing team, supporting, and driving WWE marketing and sales throughout our various marketing channels. This is a great opportunity for a marketer that desires to grow their career in the sports marketing as our division continues to expand which provides tremendous room for growth and career expansion. The role will report to the Director of Marketing, Combat Sports, MLB & Motor Sports and work closely with other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, willing to learn and able to work under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines. Additionally, they should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with varied levels of staff including executives, directors, and managers.

The Role and What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the creation and execution of all GTM plans for WWE's Premium Live Events including WrestleMania.
• Build strategy to attract, recruit and retain VIP purchasers while developing innovative approaches and marketing initiatives that drive new audiences.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign metrics, and product performance to drive strategic decisions.
• Plan and organize outbound email marketing including copy, list segmentation, and scheduling. Includes promotional emails, pre-event information emails and post-event surveys.
• Act as liaison between external partners and internal creative teams to request, review and deliver brand appropriate creative for partner marketing assets – print and digital.
• Work cross functionally with internal teams to update content on WWE dedicated pages as needed, including the addition of new events for which images, logos, copy, products, schedules, and pricing will be displayed.
• Track and share WWE trends that can elevate WWE Priority Pass brand and marketing strategy.
• This position may require weekend, holiday, and after hours work as needed during peak times of the year. This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities.

Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with WWE.
• Maintain clear and considered communications with internal stakeholders updating on key marketing activity, success & strategic recommendations moving forward
• Nurture and build strong relationships within the Endeavor network to develop impactful collaborations between divisions and departments.

You Have These:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Minimum 3-4+ years experience in a marketing role
• Passionate about the sports industry, with general knowledge about all genres of sport, both professional and collegiate
• Demonstrated skills in copywriting, communication, and data analysis
• Some travel to WWE events may be required

• Overall sports/event landscape and marketing experience is required
• Understanding and appreciation for WWE is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to learn new functions quickly and accurately, anticipate partner needs and take proactive steps to follow through with proposed solutions or alternatives
• Remain calm under pressure and work well with various personality types
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
