The studio produces premium TV series such as See and Truth Be Told on Apple TV+ and Nine Perfect Strangers and the upcoming Life & Beth for Hulu, Severance for Apple TV+ and Tokyo Vice for HBO Max. Endeavor Content also handles global distribution for hit series including Killing Eve, Normal People and The Night Manager. The studio brokered the deal with Netflix for multiple event series from the Roald Dahl Estate.

Position Summary:

Endeavor Content is currently seeking a Director Digital Sales to report to the SVP Sales, Americas, in the Television Distribution Group of Endeavor Content. The successful candidate will have experience in digital sales and lead commercial efforts for AVOD, Transactional and DVD partnerships with local and global clients based in the Americas.

Responsibilities:
• Directly handle sales and operational strategy of ECTVD's programming with iTunes, Google, Amazon and other AVOD, Transactional and DVD platforms
• In coordination with marketing and sales planning, lead AVOD, Transactional and DVD partner sales plans that results in achievement of EC budget targets
• Lead negotiator on new partner agreements and renewals for all AVOD, Transactional and DVD platforms
• Review and approve all local AVOD, Transactional and DVD partner agreements to ensure alignment to EC's standard terms
• Develop and recommend content strategy for ECTVD across multiple territories and partner platforms
• Develop and build EC's linear/FAST AVOD strategy
• Provide guidance to Finance for building of budgets and forecasts
• Manage partner relations including approval of title selections, marketing and publicity initiatives, and placement negotiation
• Regularly meet and update management on local market trends, sales initiatives, leads and results
• Liaise among ECTVD's regional offices and divisions (sales, marketing, production, finance and legal) to ensure impactful and high value deal outcomes
• Act as a brand ambassador who will professionally represent ECTVD at industry conventions, screenings and events
• Travel domestically and internationally as and when required

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in television sales or acquisitions at a studio or digital platform
• Must have excellent knowledge of digital video landscape with a focus on AVOD, Transactional and DVD partnerships
• Good understanding of or prior experience in digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage and deliver results on budgets
• Ability to communicate strategy, results, mandates and opportunities at an executive level
• Strong business development experience in identifying new opportunities and partners
• Excellent business judgement that values both tactical execution and long-term strategic vision
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery including deal negotiation and deal analysis
• Strong Understanding of television rights, windows and technical deliverables
• Excellent relationship management, communication and organization skills
• Self starter who is results and detail oriented, able to adjust to a fast paced and changing marketplace, and work as a team player
• Understanding of linear/SVOD marketplace a plus
