TKO (UFC & WWE) is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the TKO Recruiting team. This person will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team in coordinating and scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and helping to create an excellent experience for candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated individual.

This position will be based on-site in Stamford, CT at WWE Corporate Headquarters. This role will support our Recruiter in Stamford, CT and our Director in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interviews including calendar invitations, travel arrangements, candidate reimbursements and handle all correspondence to candidates and interviewing team
• Initiate background check process and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding of new hires
• Responsible for processing offer letters and new hire documents
• Observe, identify, recommend, and help drive opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the Recruiting life-cycle
• Provider overall support for special projects as needed

Qualifications:
• Experience coordinating complex scheduling for interviews and meetings
• Knowledge and expertise of Workday Recruiting ATS
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong judgment, problem solving skills, and work ethic
• Bachelor's degree preferred
