On Location is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our NFL business unit as an Entry-Level NFL Partner Relations Coordinator. This role is designed for someone passionate about the sports entertainment industry, looking to grow their career in project management and executive support. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating projects related to NFL partner management, focusing on efficiency and the smooth operation of our dynamic team.  

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects within the NFL Business unit. Utilize Smartsheet to create and maintain project dashboards, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on schedule. 
• Meeting Management: Organize and schedule meetings, including coordinating with participants, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes to be distributed among stakeholders. 
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the NFL Business unit and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and the timely exchange of information. 
• Document Management: Create, organize, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring accessibility for team members. 
• Research and Reporting: Conduct research as needed and prepare reports that summarize findings relevant to project goals and deadlines. 
• Administrative Support: Provide executive assistant-type support to the team, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks as required . 
• Task Management: Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Travel  
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 20% travel in the United States.  

You Have These
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Sports Management, or a related field.  
• Prior internship or work experience in project management, administration, or a related role is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and other project management software.
