Job Description
Endeavor is seeking a Coordinator to support the HR M&A team. Responsibilities include project support throughout all phases of HR M&A activity from due diligence through employee onboarding and integration to deliver Endeavor's acquisition strategy, scale the Employee Success M&A function, and build operational expertise. The right candidate will have an interest in growing in the field by developing technical expertise in various HR disciplines, corporate culture, and professional development. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Performing administrative tasks including
• Provide general administrative support to the M&A Manager, with a focus on managing and prioritizing calendars/schedules/project tracking M&A work
• Schedule and prepare agendas/materials for meetings; take notes and follow up on actions; create and/or update meeting documents as requested
• Scheduling meetings and some travel if applicable
• Reconciling expense reports
• Provide administrative support to the broader Acquisition and HR leadership team as needed and requested
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Assist with the coordination of M&A including
• Apply knowledge and experience to support the delivery of key integration deliverables, including due diligence reports, integration plans, management presentations, onboarding materials, employee communications, and more
• Assist in conducting HR operational and employment due diligence on target companies - assessing organizational, people and HR functional implications of the acquisition
• Manage HR due diligence checklists; collating and tracking diligence materials received to date via data rooms, share drives, email, etc.
• Collate advice received from outside counsel and circulate documents to HR work-stream leaders as necessary
• Provide project management support to ensure the successful completion of all HR acquisition milestones and activities from due diligence through integration
• Track integration implementation items and open tasks for the HR team and other project stakeholders, as necessary
• Maintain HR communications templates and coordinate distribution of employee communications during M&A transactions e.g. Welcome communications to employees, benefit vendor meetings, HR distribution groups
• Engage effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Finance, Legal, IT, Corporate Communications, Facilities, and others) to identify, escalate and resolve key risks and issues
• Assist the local and extended HR team to ensure integration plans are delivered consistently across the globe, in compliance with local processes and policies, and with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience
• Assist in troubleshooting M&A related issues and supporting the unique needs of acquired employees and leaders throughout as they transition to new HR tools, programs, and processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Positive attitude, extremely organized, highly motivated, and able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business unit
• Demonstrable ability to exercise discretion and good judgment while navigating sensitive information and prioritizing shifting demands
• Preferred familiarity with Workday, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Projects
• Proficiency with Adobe Editor strongly preferred
