Report to APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment administrative work for massive hiring projects
• Arrange the interview schedule between candidate and hiring managers
• Organize external job posting (job career site/university career center/game community)
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment related reporting
• Support for new employee offer and onboarding process
• Manage vendors' contract and payment process
• Support for employer branding activities
• Support other Talent Acquisition team's general administrative work
Requirements:
• 1+ years of Recruiting/HR intern or administrative work experience.
• Interested in game company or IT software Development Company
• Good communication skill and supportive mind.
• Proficiency in English
